The Role
​
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and support the continued development of PERDIXPro, our wildlife management and monitoring digital platform. This is a hands-on and varied role that will involve everything from testing and refining digital tools, helping customers use the platform and assisting with field-based product trials.
Job Title: Support Assistant (for PERDIX Digital)
Location: To be based at PERDIX Fordingbridge offce, to include a mix of remote, office and on-location support.
Contract: Full-time
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities

Provide frontline support to customers using the PERDIXPro platform and mobile app.

Assist with the testing of new features, tools, and devices in both digital and field settings.

Help manage digital content and user documentation (e.g. guides and FAQs).

Gather user feedback and relay insights to the development team.

Support the setup and delivery of projects, trials, and demonstrations.

Contribute to product development conversations, bringing a user-focused perspective.

Assist with project and platform administration.

What We’re Looking For

Background in ecology and genuine interest in wildlife conservation, land management or a related discipline.

Curiosity and confidence in using and exploring technology.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Ability to be flexible and manage a varied workload.

Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, events or field testing.

Practical mindset and comfortable working outdoors when needed.

Organised and detail-oriented with good time management.
Desirable Skills (but not essential)

Experience using digital tools or data collection apps in the field.

Familiarity with GIS, mapping tools, or sensor-based technologies.

Content creation (e.g. writing guides and social media communications).
