The PERDIXPro Fieldbook App has been designed to enable land managers to effectively collect their own data.
PERDIXPro Forms are created on your PERDIXPro platform account which are easily shared with colleagues, project partners, survey or farmer groups, and those forms can be completed in the field using the associated PERDIXPro Fieldbook App.
Responses are received centrally to your PERDIXPro platform account, so no more bringing together data sheets or tedious data entry.

Create your own digital forms
Do you still hand write your survey or record forms?
Do you struggle to collate data across a group?
PERDIXPro Forms allows you to quickly and easily create your own data forms, using a wide range of fields. Within your PERDIXPro account, simply drag and drop your fields to build your form and click publish to start sharing.
Your digital form can then be shared with the account users you choose.
Users then simply download the PERDIXPro Fieldbook App to complete the form in the field.

All responses from each user are returned centrally to your PERDIXPro account, and can be downloaded at any time into a CSV. or PDF.
All PERDIXPro accounts receive 1 free form per year.

Use pre-prepared forms
Our PERDIXPro Form Libaray within our PERDIXPro platform is being developed to provide ready made forms from trusted organistations, allowing users to collect data across various land management activities.
Whether you are recording your supplementary feeding efforts, surveying birds, recording deer cull numbers or game management activities, the PERDIXPro Form Library will provide the form you need, helping you collect the correct data.
After opening a PERDIXPro account with us, simply downloard the PERDIXPro Fieldbook App and our Form Library will be available at your finger tips.

Undertake large-scale data collection
PERDIXPro Fieldbook App allows self-created forms to be completed by non-account users.
Create your form and set up a Citizen/Practitioner Science project with our PERDIX team.
Participants can then take part in your survey by logging into the PERDIXPro Fieldbook App via a Guest login.
A copy of participant's results can also be sent to them if they choose.

Map your assets
Your bespoke survey forms can include a field to record the location of your item of interest/assets, such as traps, feeders or nests for example.
Alternitivly, our PERDIXPro Fieldbook App Asset feature allows users to mark their asset on a map and associate their digital form to that Asset.
This enables users to consistently collect data against their static geo-located Asset over time.
Importantly, account users view and manage their own Assets.
